I was disappointed. I ordered a few things, and for the price, the portions and quality just didn’t feel worth it. Shipping pushed the total even higher, which made the whole thing feel like a bad deal. I also got the impression that my concerns wouldn’t really matter much, like it’s just expected that customers pay these prices and move on. I don’t see myself ordering again unless they bring the prices down.

The food was okay once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I kept checking and wondering what was going on. I know delays happen, but I ordered thinking it would get here much sooner, and I regret not reading the reviews first. Not a terrible experience, but definitely frustrating

My order showed up barely cold, and the box was soggy when I opened it. I’m not totally sure what happened during shipping, but the ice packs were melted and one of the items had leaked all over everything. I didn’t feel comfortable risking it, so I ended up tossing it. Really disappointing.

I emailed customer service twice about my order and nobody ever got back to me. It’s so frustrating because this always seems to happen when you actually need help. Really annoying experience, and I’m definitely not ordering from them again.

I tried placing an order on cuisineryfoodmarket.com, but the website made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the menu kept shifting around, so I ended up clicking the same things more than once. At some point it felt like I was fighting the site just to browse.
The checkout process wasn’t much better. I couldn’t tell if my cart had updated properly, and when I went back, some items disappeared. Maybe the food is great, but the experience made me give up before ordering. I’d really expect at least an apology or some acknowledgment for how difficult the site was to use
